The Truth Basic

Down through the ages
there have been many who have walked the path that is called spiritual.
Many have trod that path and made it to deliver what ever message they thought had the currents of change flowing through their words.

Moses, Christ, Bhuddah all paid their dues struggling with that past of themselves that is hidden within the dark recesses of the self.

Many of them spent days, weeks, months and even years in the wilderness struggling with the dark thing that resided within them.

We have given many names to that thing.
Evil.
The devil
Loki
The names may have changed but the thing remains the same.

In my observations I have seen that thing manifest itself and evil happens. It seems to lay lurking waiting for an opportunity to express itself and when it does, all hell breaks loose. So to speak.

But there resides in this world of people, animals and nature a force that is stronger than it. It is a power that too has been given many names as we have evolved within the corridors of time and space and walked our path within the many cycles of changes.

The power I speak of is everywhere around us. To the left and to the right. Above us and below us. In the front and behind us. Yet, we walk somnambolently all the while never thinking once to allow that power within our selves. We scurry about here and there never stopping once in a day for a few seconds to take our rest and close our eyes to be still long enough to focus our attentions upon it.

Perhaps that is why the dark thing survives inside of us because we never allow the light of the power to come into us.

We can be good the one moment and we all can be so very evil within the next moment. That is our way. It is part of our human-ness.

If we took the time to be still for a few moments each day our lives would eventually become filled with the light of the power and the darkness within, the potential for evil wouldn't have a place to reside in anymore. Where there is light there can never be any darkness.

Like I said before, many have walked the path and have won over the evil within. Many have failed because they couldn't pass the test.

Within each story that concerns an individual's spiritual transformation
there is always told the story of that individual doing battle with something so evil that it is beyond our imagination to describe it.
It temps them with the riches of the world presenting kingdoms that can be won and conquered. Buddah saw great numbers of armies during his transformation. Christ saw the many kingdoms that could have been his.
Riches beyond our beyond our imagination were presented to them.

Christ, Moses and Buddah, worlds apart but they share commonality.
They were princes who had forsaken the great wealth and potential within that path.

Lets break down the hidden meaning within that symbology.

We have all been told that we were created by the power I am writing about. Now, now, now....This isn't about religion.

We have called that power by so many names that are discriptive of a kingship. If we were created by that king of all kings then it stands to reason that we all are princes and princes because we were all sired by a king. The action of birthing brings on a state of forgetfulness. So when we come into this world we forget who we really are.

Life and the way we are living it is essentially a frittering away of our precious time. Because we have forgotten who we really are and where we have come from. Every teaching there is that has been spoken, written and passed down to us say the same thing. Work to remember who you really are because you are more than you think you are.

The potential within us is oh so very glorious, my friends. If you read what I wrote before this you will have seen that we all have the potential to heal what ails us at this very moment.  Yet we don't because we have been limited by others around us who have worked very hard at pulling us down from our goal of reaching our true potential. The darkness within them spreads from them to all of us.

Remember I said that so many have walked the path seeking a better way? And that sometimes they fail.

Go here and you will see a good example of failure and you will read about temptation.
